When did you start working on this project? <br /> Mr. Van Bergen: I started working on the subdivision...right around...well probably <br /> February...January/February. <br /> Mr. Robinson: January/February <br /> Mr. Van Bergen: Yeah and all that entailed at that particular time was...review the <br /> SMA that was submitted...and...mainly looked at some of the <br /> history...road map work...what needs to be done next type of <br /> thing...because the developer is on the mainland so he's never <br /> developed in Hawai`i before. Some of the things...but things are <br /> gonna start getting real busy on the subdivision part and so I <br /> guess...I just need to know is....what I can do with the park part of <br /> it...do I need to have somebody else work on that while I do work <br /> on the subdivision only or....because right now as far as the park <br /> goes. The Parks Department already approved the plan that the <br /> owners architect drew for the park. I think I gave you guys a letter <br /> in your packet and so at this point it's just a matter of <br /> coordinating...somebody's got to coordinate the EA and the <br /> building permits and that type of stuff. <br /> Mr. Robinson: So your prior employment with the County...may I continue? <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Please. <br /> 5 <br />
