Mr. Van Bergen: For...the park? <br /> Mr. Robinson: For the park...right. <br /> Mr. Van Bergen: Yeah so I'm not working on the park I'm working on the <br /> subdivision. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: I'm gonna interrupt here because I think that should come under <br /> discussion. <br /> Mr. Robinson: Oh. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: We're just here to ask questions at this time and then we'll have a <br /> discussion. <br /> Mr. Van Bergen: Yeah...And so just if I...my premise is or is that I'm working on <br /> the subdivision...61 lot subdivision which I had no prior access to <br /> or involvement when I was at the County...but...this park is part <br /> of that subdivision and I'm just seeing...can I help coordinate the <br /> park efforts or do I need to have a hands off and just work on the <br /> subdivision only. <br /> Mr. Adams: Right....1 understand the question. <br /> Mr. Van Bergen: Yeah okay. <br /> Mr. Robinson: Got it. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: I have just a question that you may have already answered but as <br /> far as moving forward with the subdivision...you have I guess <br /> a...tentative subdivision approval for the lots and all that...that's <br /> been done? <br /> Mr. Van Bergen: No actually the survey is being done now...it should be completed <br /> any time now...there's been a PUD that was submitted by the <br /> owner's architect in the past that got approved for the...on the <br /> project but the subdivision application...we're just now submitting <br /> for 61 lots. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: And so a part of that...I mean you said the plan for the park right <br /> has already been...the Park's Department signed off on that... <br /> Mr. Van Bergen: Michael Reem...the architect hired by the consultant on both...on <br /> his project did...did some park plans in consultation with the <br /> 7 <br />
