As of this writing, the Planning Department has not received any written objections or comments from <br />the general public or adjacent landowners on the subject application. <br />FINDINGS - CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL OF PUD -15.000029 <br />This PUD is granted in accordance with the following criteria and findings: <br />1, The construction of the Project shall begin within a reasonable period of time, from the date of <br />full approval and shall be completed within a reasonable period of time. <br />A. Permit Approvals: <br />1. PUD and Subdivision Approval: 12 months; December 2014 to December 2015, <br />2. Site Work: 12 months; January 2016 to January 2017. <br />3.
