Quorum has <br />been met. <br />II. ROLL CALL <br />PRESENT <br />Farrah -Marie Gomes, Chair <br />Brooke Derby, Vice Chair <br />Mele Spencer, Treasurer <br />Lee -Ann Heely, Recording Secretary <br />Jewel Castro <br />Cyd Hoffeld, ex -officio <br />Jessica Yeh, Corp. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (June 28, 2017) <br />Committee expressed thanks to Lee -Ann for sending June 28, 2017 minutes. <br />Jewel motioned to approve and Brooke seconded the June 28, 2017 minutes. <br />Minutes approved as submitted. <br />IV. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />A. Travel expenses and one meal are so far the only expenses in the budget. <br />B. Discussion over a projection for Essay contest monies. Suggestion of <br />$800 is recommended for Essay Contest. <br />Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
