The following persons were present: NORTH KOHALA CDP AC MEMBER INTRODUCTION Action Committee: John Mueller (Chair), Julia Ann Alos, Mark Gordon, George "Robby" Robertson, and Josephine "Dojo" Tanimoto. Eddie Akau, Rodger Harris, and Diane Kaneali'i (Vice - Chair) were absent. Planning Staff: Keola Childs, Kona and South Kohala CDP Planner, April Surprenant, Long Range Division Manager, and CoH Planners: Bethany Morrison, Keiko Mercado, and LeAna Gloor. Other CoH Staff: Diane Ley, Director CoH Research & Development; Ron Whitmore, Deputy Director CoH Research & Development, Nancy Pisicchio, CoH Office of the Mayor. Members of the public: 4 STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC REGARDING ITEMS ON AGENDA: NONE ADMINISTATIVE MATTERS 1. Minutes of the March 20, 2017 AC meeting. Committee member George "Robby" Robertson moved to approve the minutes of the March 13, 2017, meeting os submitted. Second by Julio Ann Alos. The motion to approve the minutes os submitted passed with 5 votes aye and 0 votes nay.
