1.0CERTIFICATIONS AND LIMITATIONS <br />Lehua Environmental Inc. has completed this supplemental hazardous materials survey for the County <br />of Hawaii Keaau Fire Station located at 16-579 Old Volcano Road in Keaau, Hawaii. This report is a <br />supplement to the April 2008 Hazardous Materials Survey for County Facilities report by EKNA <br />Services, Inc. (Previous Report). LEI’s findings contained herein are based on research, site <br />observations, government regulations and laboratory data, which were gathered at the time and <br />location of the study. Opinions stated in this report do not apply to changes that may have occurred <br />after the services were performed. <br />LEI has performed specified services for this project with the degree of care, skill and diligence <br />ordinarily exercised by professional consultants performing the same or similar services.
