• <br />• <br />• <br />materials furnished by such contractor and all his <br />subonctractors against loss by fire, wind, storm, <br />lightning and explosion. <br />3. attEy2.34:mgmt •• The Contractor is not required to <br />obtain builder's risk insurance but required to obtain <br />other insurance specified in Article 7.12 Insurance. <br />However, if any building or structure is constructed <br />or renovated on site development contracts, either <br />items 1) Mew Buildings, or 2) Building Renovation <br />Contract, above, shall apply. <br />(b) Wn en's Com en tion - The Contractor shall, in accordance with <br />Section"186-121 to 186-129 inclusive, Hawaii Revised Statutes, <br />take out adequate workmen's compensation insurance for all of his <br />employees who will be engaged in work at the site of the project, <br />and in case any part of such Contractor's contract is sublet, the <br />Contractor will require his subcontractor to maintain such insurance <br />for all the subcontractor's employees who will be so engaged, unless <br />the latter's employees are protected by the principal Contractor's <br />insurance. <br />(c) <br />Ri, ib1 c Liabil tv d Property Damaae_Insurance - The Contractor <br />shall take out adequate public liability and property damage <br />insurance as determined by the Engineer to protect such Contractor <br />and all of his subcontractors from claims for damages for personal <br />injury and accidental death which may arise from operations under <br />this contract, whether such operations be by himself or by any <br />subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by <br />either of them.
