This delay would allow HDO to investigate <br />alternative IWS and appropriate treatment standards for home IWS replacements for <br />cesspools. <br />Finally, I recognize and appreciate that SI: 2567 provides for a waiver of the <br />conversion requirement under certain circumstances.
