5.0RESULTS <br />5.1AsbestosSurvey <br />The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Asbestos General Industry and <br />Construction Standards define ACM as materials containing more than one percent asbestos (29 <br />CFR 1910.1001 and 29 CFR 1926.1101, respectively). <br />Three(3)sampleswere collected and analyzed for this survey. Noneof the sampled materials <br />containeddetectable levelsof asbestosby laboratory analysis. As a result, nohomogenous ACM <br />wasidentified.Table 1located in Appendix I summarizes these results. <br />Photographs of sampled materialsare provided in Appendix II.Laboratory analytical reports <br />and chains of custodyare provided in Appendix III. <br />5.2LeadPaint Survey <br />LEI personnel inspected the Subject Sitefor previously unidentified lead painted materials. <br />None were observed; therefore no paint samples were collected. <br />Supplemental Limited Hazardous Materials Survey March 23, 2015 <br />County of Hawaii, Civil Defense Warehouse <br />630 E.
