I think it's extremely timely, and I think that if you <br />do your job properly, you will look back and see that many of the things purported in their <br />assertion are not timely, and are not represented properly as far as their claim to their permits, <br />their EPA, their—the other rules that they are supposed to comply with, I think that you really <br />need to seriously think about her grievance.
