And, before we do that, I'd just like to briefly <br />read what our instructions are from that Court. The last paragraph of the decision states <br />specifically, "the case is remanded to the Planning Commission to address the impacts on the <br />public shoreline with regard to repairing or replacing Outfall 001." So, this is the—this is the <br />topic. This is the subject matter for this agenda item. We are to address the impacts on the <br />public shoreline, if any, with regard to the repairing or replacing of Outfall 101 [sic]. And, at <br />this time, I'd like the Applicant to come forward and present the Commission with any <br />information you might have as to the repairing or replacing of Outfall 001. <br />Please, for those who haven't been sworn in before, raise your right hands.
