Review of existing compensation plan to <br />6 include consideration and possible decision-making on <br />7 proposals for adjustments to current salaries of executives <br />8 and elected officials which includes an update on new <br />9 collective bargaining agreements, state compensation plan, <br />10 car allowance for County directors and deputy directors and <br />11 agency heads. <br />12 So this item would be part of, you know, what I had <br />13 mentioned a little while ago about undertaking a <br />14 comprehensive process of fact-finding, and through that <br />15 fact-finding, coming up with our recommendations. <br />16 MR. FRATINARDO: I have a question regarding that. <br />17 So would that be under a permitted action group? As far as <br />18 taking that action you're speaking of, doing all the <br />19 technical work for the salaries, is that something we <br />20 establish today as far as appointing a committee for that? <br />21 CHR. ONO: I would -- let's discuss it and then <br />22 decide what to do with it. <br />23 MR. FRATINARDO: In the OIP it's called Permitted <br />24 Action Groups or Permitted Interaction Group.
