And on page 10, you look <br />6 at 42.51, Top Legal Executive. And you can go through, <br />7 and those are the positions for each page. And then if <br />8 you look at the bottom, it says "Base Pay Salary <br />9 Range." Again back to page 9. If you look, the <br />10 bottom -most line is "Average Minimum Pay" and then <br />11 "Average Maximum Pay." <br />12 So, what it did was it took -- there was a <br />13 questionnaire that was submitted; information was <br />14 submitted by 189 private businesses within the State as <br />15 it relates to their executive pay. So that's what this <br />16 information relates to. <br />17 CHR. ONO: Yeah. And this document will <br />18 give you a good view of what the private sector is <br />19 doing. Am I correct on that? <br />20 MR.
