HARANO: May I ask, if there will be a <br />10 allocation for these so-called 2 percent increases, or <br />11 whatever that number may be, I suggest that the County, <br />12 or whoever, go ahead and actually have those increases <br />13 in their pay simply because speaking with people for <br />14 who I, you know, so-called represent, they're kind <br />15 of -- they're not happy when they see 20, 30 percent <br />16 increases just all of a sudden. You know, we've talked <br />17 about this before as well. <br />18 MS. SAKO: You mean the part -- like this <br />19 last salary -- the decisions you guys made -- <br />20 MR. HARANO: Yeah. <br />21 MS. SAKO: -- that were 20 and 30 because <br />22 there hadn't been pay raises since 2008 is what you're <br />23 saying, correct? <br />24 MR. HARANO: Correct.
