PAVAO: Like a percentage and then, <br />17 July 1st, 100 percent of what we decide, so that it <br />18 will be a easier burden on, you know, finances? <br />19 MS. SAKO: Oh, we're okay this year, so <br />20 whatever you guys decide is fine. But if you're saying <br />21 like, you know, do like a 2 percent raise on March 1st <br />22 and another 2 percent on July 1st or something like <br />23 that?
