So the reason the whole Salary <br />5 Commission could not attend is, of course, because of <br />6 Sunshine Law, because you are going to be discussing <br />7 something that regularly comes before you; so you could <br />8 have two people, but that's the most, because two -- as <br />9 you recall under Sunshine Law, two members can discuss <br />10 board business outside of appellate meetings as long as <br />11 you don't convince each other how to vote. So... <br />12 MR. FRATINARDO: I have another question for <br />13 Amy, if I may, Mr. Chair. <br />14 CHR. ONO: Sure. Certainly. <br />15 MR. FRATINARDO: Have we discovered if <br />16 there's any conflict of interest between the existing <br />17 Sunshine Law, state Sunshine Law, that we have to <br />18 adhere to, and this proposed amendment by Mrs. Lee Loy? <br />19 MS. SELF: In what way? <br />20 MR. FRATINARDO: Is there any wording that <br />21 she may have used that would change -- is there a <br />22 conflict between the state law and what she proposes as <br />23 far as Sunshine?
