FRATINARDO: Thomas Fratinardo would <br />5 introduce a motion to inform the Hawaii County Council <br />6 of its disagreement with the existing proposed <br />7 amendment by Council Member Lee Loy. <br />8 CHR. ONO: Okay. Do we have a second? <br />9 MR. HIGGINS: Second. <br />10 CHR. ONO: Discussion? <br />11 MR. PAVAO: Yeah. I'd like to further add <br />12 that what the proposed Charter amendment is proposing <br />13 is already in place, because this is a public forum. <br />14 CHR. ONO: So noted. <br />15 MR. PAVAO: So, it's redundant, as far as I'm <br />16 concerned. It's redundant because this is a public <br />17 forum and anybody can come in here and testify. <br />18 MR. CAMPBELL: And did. <br />19 MR. HIGGINS: I would consider changing my <br />20 tune if there was some back-up on what went wrong with <br />21 the process that we just completed. The suggestion for <br />22 all of these changes to the Charter sort of implied <br />23 that something went wrong with what we did.
