Can we speak about hearsay information that <br />5 was in the newspaper in this meeting? So there was -- <br />6 I'm not sure of the exact date, but the words were used <br />7 in the newspaper -- and it was said that it was by <br />8 Ms. Lee Loy -- that the process we used to come to our <br />9 process was disturbing. So what does that mean, <br />10 "disturbing"? And I wanted -- so we, kind of, bounce it <br />11 off of Mr. Higgins. So what is disturbing about that? <br />12 Maybe we could bring her back in here so we know. <br />13 MR. HIGGINS: Yeah. <br />14 MR. FRATINARDO: I mean, I followed the law, <br />15 I thought. It says "shall." "You shall." And in her <br />16 amendment, it talks about -- there's "shall" like 13 <br />17 times, "You shall," "You shall," "You shall." Well, we <br />18 "shalled" in the original Charter. We shall. We <br />19 followed the law. We shall. <br />20 MR.
