And it's <br />7 a proposal just to begin the discussion, so we have a <br />8 base to begin the discussion on what to do with the <br />9 salaries that were already approved as we enter another <br />10 fiscal year beginning July 1st, 2018. <br />11 There is another one that goes hand-in-hand <br />12 with that which will make more sense when we get to it; <br />13 and that is called the "State of Hawaii Department of <br />14 Human Resources Development Salary Schedule Effective <br />15 July 1st for Bargaining Units 30, 31, 32, 35, and <br />16 Excluded Managerial" (SEE ATT. I) and it shows up as -- <br />17 it's called -- yeah, it's actually the salary schedule <br />18 for the EM positions or excluded management.
