<br /> Mr. Simeon: Thank you. <br /> <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Okay any further questions…seeing none I’ll just make a brief <br /> statement here and then I’d like to ask the petitioner to come <br /> forward…you know…like I said…I’m really…grateful to the line <br /> of questioning we’ve had and I am grateful to the…both directors <br /> for the ability for the public to know kind what goes in behind the <br /> scenes…this kind of system…but I really feel what we’re dealing <br /> here…I mean…you’re looking at employment issues…you’re <br /> looking at contracting issues…all of this…being legal right…you <br /> make question the policy…we might think wow was it really worth <br /> it once they pay the vacation…time and did they really know when <br /> they signed up that you know…that’s all policy issues…as far as <br /> strictly looking at the Code of Ethics…I would like the petitioner <br /> to come forward so we could go…look at…the specific sections <br /> that are being alleged there’s a violation and…if I may I’d like to <br /> suggest that we look at…post-employment…which is…where is <br /> that… <br /> <br /> Mr. Yoshimoto: 2-91.2 <br /> <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Thank you… <br /> <br /> Mr. Yoshimoto: Also Mr. Chairman before I forget…if we could acknowledge for <br /> the record that the board members have received that attachment <br /> “d” as in dog so that’s under review as well… <br /> <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Thank you for that…Mr. Yoshimoto…so…looking at the post- <br /> employment right…what I see here though is that…this doesn’t <br /> really apply someone who’s being employed by the County <br /> right…if they went…from County to a private job…right…that <br /> would cover…I don’t know if you want to specifically point out <br /> any provisions here or anything you want us to think about solely <br /> on the post-employment language in the code… <br /> <br /> Ms. Novak: The only thing that I looked at which is what Mr. Robinson <br /> pointed out is under contracts involving services…she has <br /> providing a service… <br /> <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Okay so you’re looking under not…post-employment that she <br /> worked…she got another job with less than year…that’s not an <br /> issue for you….I mean speaking as far as your complaint…right… <br /> <br /> Ms. Novak: No… <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br /> <br />
