Is <br />7 everybody comfortable over here with the recommendation <br />8 for the new salaries coming from the Department of <br />9 Human Resources rather than us trying to create our <br />10 own? I mean, that would be the recommendation. We <br />11 don't have to adopt it, but at least it gives us a <br />12 starting point. <br />13 MR. PAVAO: I think it would be a good <br />14 guideline -- definitely a good guideline for us to <br />15 consider, and we still maintain the authority to adjust <br />16 it either way. <br />17 CHR.
