And, actually, when you think about the <br />3 information you guys had in front of you when you made <br />4 the decision on the salaries, that would just be <br />5 information included in the report -- so you didn't just <br />6 make these numbers up. <br />7 MR. PAVAO: Yeah, but, Amy, "detailed" is <br />8 arbitrary, right? <br />9 CHR. ONO: It is. <br />10 MR. PAVAO: I mean, it depends on who <br />11 interprets it. <br />12 MS. SELF: Well, definitely, at the end, it's <br />13 up to the courts if anybody challenges it, so you just <br />14 make the best interpretation that you can. So you just <br />15 include in the report all the information you <br />16 considered before making your decision regarding <br />17 salaries. That's your report. <br />18 MR. BRILHANTE: Yeah, you know, as far as <br />19 whether or not the report is detailed significantly or <br />20 sufficiently detailed, that's your discretion here. <br />21 MS. SELF: Uh-huh. <br />22 MR. BRILHANTE: Yeah. It's the discretion of <br />23 the Commission. The Council doesn't tell the <br />24 Commission how to do its business.
