Page 14 <br />1 amendment in order to be compliant with the charter, <br />2 and then that will take us -- we'll do it one time and <br />3 we'll do it all-inclusive (SEE ATT. C). <br />4 If the charter amendment doesn't pass, then <br />5 it's the discretion of the commission as to whether or <br />6 not you want to do the rule amendment. There will be <br />7 no mandatory requirement to amend the rules, but it <br />8 will just be at the discretion of the C\commission at <br />9 that point in time as to whether or not you want to go <br />10 forward. And then it will be one time we'll address <br />11 the issue. <br />12 So, I think as it stands right now, it's <br />13 premature to kind of look at proposed rule amendments. <br />14 Again, my recommendation is let's wait until we see <br />15 what happens with the election. <br />16 CHR.
