BRILHANTE: Thanks, Chair. <br />3 You know, I'm going to go through just the <br />4 brief salary increases, upcoming salary increases, as <br />5 it relates to those units, then I'm going to call <br />6 Ms. Jenny Sakamoto up -- she's our Classification and <br />7 Pay Division head -- and then, if you have specific <br />8 questions, they can be addressed to her. <br />9 So, basically, when we look at the three <br />10 bargaining units, we have BU -04, BU -11, BU -12, and <br />11 BU -13. And as the Chair correctly stated, those are <br />12 bargaining units which are in direct correlation to our <br />13 department heads and deputies which this commission is <br />14 charged with setting the salaries. <br />15 So, if you look at those categories, you'll <br />16 see that for BU -04, July 1st, 2018, they're scheduled <br />17 for -- sorry, June 1st, 2018, at 1.25 -- look at -- <br />18 CHR. ONO: No, no. <br />19 MR. BRILHANTE: I'm sorry, July 1st, 2018. <br />20 CHR. ONO: '18, yeah. <br />21 MR. BRILHANTE: So, on January 1st of 2018, <br />22 they got a 1.5 across-the-board salary increase. That <br />23 was January of this past year.
