It sounds like we're more <br />7 busy and we're more cognizant of our duties to have it <br />8 more than once a year. That's all. <br />9 MS. SELF: I agree. <br />10 MR. HIGGINS: It's a minor thing, totally <br />11 minor. <br />12 MS. SELF: Okay. So I'll put this in <br />13 just because -- you're not going to vote on this today, <br />14 so I'll put that in as a suggestion so that when it <br />15 comes up later on for discussion, you guys can make a <br />16 decision, and then you'll vote to -- those as your <br />17 final rules. Then we have to go through a public <br />18 hearing to adopt the rules. <br />19 MR. BRILHANTE: And I think Commissioner <br />20 Higgins is making a good point. You know, oftentimes <br />21 perception trumps reality, and if you have "meet <br />22 annually," then the public perception might be, "Wow, <br />23 these guys meet once a year? Only once a year?" So I <br />24 think, with that in mind, that's a good suggestion. <br />25 ACTING CHR.
