Motion? <br />IRVINE: I so move. <br />YOSHIYAMA: Second. <br />RAY: All in favor? <br />COMMISSIONERS: Aye. <br />RAY: Okay, so – <br />KUROZAWA: Can I have a quick question? <br />RAY: Yes sir. <br />KUROZAWA: This portion we’re reading right here, the Digest, what we’re going to send out to the <br />public. Marni, do you think for the Code of Ethics you want to have it spelled out what the wording <br />would be? <br />HERKES: I thought about that because – <br />KUROZAWA: Because if you read this, it just says ‘provisions’ but they’re going to say ‘well, so what’. <br />I mean is it show up or – <br />HERKES: Yes. Or add a statement of purpose which says – <br />KUROZAWA: And it’s only one sentence maybe, just in quotations what the Code of Ethics would <br />state. <br />IRVINE: It would be easy to add it, I think. <br />HERKES: Yes. <br />KUROZAWA: Yes, it might give some clarity to what they’re voting on. <br />HERKES: Can we take back our vote? Do we have backs – <br />SANTANGELO: You can move to amend it to add that. <br />YUEN: You can move to reconsider. <br />HERKES: I’ll move to amend No. 15 to add the language that’s in the amendment. <br />SANTANGELO: Second. <br />RAY: Okay, discussion. Does everybody understand we’re just going to include that one line that’s in <br />the text in the Digest, just to make it a little clearer.
