Service Department on April the 9t, and really the major thing that they updated in there is the <br />computer and periphery type equipment. <br />SANTANGELO: What's the salary on SR -20? <br />HERKES: SR -20 is what? <br />YOSHIYAMA: Yeah, I -. <br />HERKE S : I've got it somewhere. <br />YOSHIYAMA: Okay, that would be equivalent in the range -, and that is, I guess, subject <br />to negotiations, you know, as we sit down, you know, with a likely candidate. The range of pay <br />an hour would be anywhere from $14.53 an hour to $22.37 an hour. <br />SANTANGELO: Twenty-two? <br />YOSHIYAMA: Twenty-two thirty-seven an hour. <br />SANTANGELO: Pretty good money. <br />HERKES: Plus benefits. <br />YOSHIYAMA: Yeah, well, at this point, there's no benefits. <br />HIGASHI: What would be the benefits be? <br />ALONZO: No benefits. <br />HIGASHI: They take care their own medical, yeah. <br />YOSHIYAMA: It's 19 hours but, you know, well, the other benefits or what we may <br />negotiate, as we will put it under the heading of a stipend, is if this person bring their own office <br />with them, their own office equipment, etcetera, and then we would negotiate a stipend, you <br />know, with them. <br />HERKES: And we also talked about using the County Information Offices as the <br />intake for the inquiries from the public -. <br />RAY: Okay, that's -. <br />HERKES: Then they could call the Kona and Hilo office, and there could be a referral <br />number for them to refer calls to. <br />14 <br />• <br />
