That is under their jurisdiction. I'm not sure that I feel comfortable with <br />exempting parts of land from the County Charter, parts of the island. But if we had a <br />political body that would take responsibility for it, that's probably a different story. So <br />that's just what I have to say. <br />RAY: That's one possible tact.
