<br />Moves Chapter 2, Data Systems, from Article V, Executive Branch -The Mayor and Staff
<br />Agencies, to Article VI, Executive Branch -The Managing Director and Agencies Under the
<br />Managing Director, Hawaii County Charter, and appropriately renumbers all affected
<br />sections.
<br />CHR. HAITSUKA: Next we have CA -2. Is there any discussion on this proposed
<br />amendment? Do I have a motion to approve the first reading of CA -2?
<br />Mr. Shumway moved to approve CA -2 at first
<br />reading. Seconded by Mr. Kealoha and carried
<br />by the following vote:
<br />Ayes: Commissioners Honma, Jarman, Kaulukukui,
<br />Kawauchi, Kealoha, Nahale -a, Shumway,
<br />Osborne and Chair Haitsuka.
<br />Noes: None.
<br />Absent: Commissioners Fuertes and Unger.

<br />Moves Chapter 4, Hawaii Fire Department, from Article VI, Executive Branch -The
<br />Managing Director and Agencies Under the Managing Director, to Article VII, Executive
<br />Branch - Departments or Agencies Under Commissions, Hawaii County Charter, and
<br />appropriately renumbers all affected sections.
