CHR. HAITSUKA: Are we going to re- number them right now, or do we have to go back <br />out and then come back in again with the CA -5 and CA -6? <br />MR. HOOKANO: I think they can just be approved now. <br />CHR. HAITSUKA: Do we have a motion to approve CA -4, CA -5 and CA -6 at first reading? <br />Mr. Kealoha moved to approve the first reading of <br />proposed Charter Amendments CA -4, CA -5 and <br />CA -6. Seconded by Ms. Honma and carried by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Honma, Jarman, Kaulukukui, <br />Kawauchi, Kealoha, Nahale -a, Shumway, <br />Osborne and Chair Haitsuka. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioners Fuertes and Unger. <br />ARTICLE XIL• REMOVAL OF ELECTED OFFICERS <br />CHR. HAITSUKA: Next on our agenda is discussion of Article XII, Removal of Elected <br />Officers. Do we have anyone here from the County administration that would like to <br />comment on this particular article? Alright, let's discuss the individual sections.
