HAITSUKA: This is another proposed amendment that was submitted after the <br />October 31, 2009 deadline so it requires a 2/3 rd majority vote before we can discuss or <br />consider it. <br />Mr. Nahale -a moved to consider CA -38 for <br />first reading.
