HAITSUKA: The vote is 7 ayes, and 2 oppose. <br />MR. HOOKANO: Eight votes is a 2/3 rd majority. <br />MR. NAHALE -A: Point of information. We are not allowed to have discussion on that <br />before we vote? <br />MR. HOOKANO: The discussion would have been on whether to consider it for first <br />reading. Because it came forward after the deadline, it requires two different types of <br />votes. First, there would be the 2/3 rd vote to consider it, and then the majority vote to <br />approve it, if the Commission decides to move forward with it. So the discussion would <br />have been on whether the Commission should even consider this amendment. <br />CHR. HAITSUKA: So, I guess that's it for this proposed amendment. <br />MR.
