So we have a motion pending to amend Ms. Jarman's <br />previous proposed amendment, we have a second, is there any more discussion? <br />The motion to amend CA -16 to change <br />all references to "persons who voted" <br />to "valid votes cast," was carried by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Fuertes, Jarman, <br />Kaulukukui, Kawauchi, Nahale -a, <br />Shumway, Unger and Chair Haitsuka. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioners Honma, Kealoha <br />and Osborne. <br />CHR. HAITSUKA: Now we are back to the original motion which Ms. Jarman proposed <br />to amend CA -16 with the language from Ms. Dursin in Communication 212. <br />MS.
