So what I am saying is that <br />if no one else has anything to say on this proposed amendment then it is postponed to the <br />next meeting. <br />CHR. KAWAUCHI: There is a pending motion to approve CA -15 at second reading by <br />myself, and seconded by Ms. Osborne; but at this time, I would like to move to amend <br />my motion to approve. <br />Ms. Kawauchi moved to amend the motion <br />to approve CA -15 by changing it's current <br />language from wherever it states, "not less <br />than 0.5 %" to read, "not less than 2 %." <br />CHR. HAITSUKA: Mr. Hookano, would that be a proper motion at this point? We have <br />already discussed that issue. <br />C <br />
