HAITSUKA: Good afternoon. Today is Friday, June 25, 2010, and the time <br />is approximately 1:40 p.m. I call this meeting of the Hawaii County Charter <br />Commission to order. We have two commissioners at the chambers of the Hawaii <br />County Council, located at 25 Aupuni Street in Hilo, and four commissioners <br />appearing by videoconference here in Kona.
