He read the <br /> public hearing schedule. <br /> Bethea: Introducted topics previously brought before the <br /> Charter Commission for review/alteration: <br /> (1) The way the County Council is elected; <br /> (2) Qualifications of Council members; <br /> (3) Changes in the general plan; <br /> (4) The way appointments of agency heads are made; <br /> (5) Functions of the Salary Commission/setting the <br /> salary of the mayor; <br /> 580 • <br />
