members shall represent the districts, unless otherwise specified, the <br /> districts shall coincide with the county council districts, and no district <br /> shall have two representatives until all districts have a representative, <br /> and no district shall have three representatives until all districts have <br /> two representatives. Should a redistricting .occur, retention of such <br /> officials under the new structure shall be at the discretion of the <br /> appointing authority, even for districts which remain unchan ed. -The terms <br /> PP 9 9 <br /> of any officials who are retained under a redistricting shall remain <br /> .unchanged unless the charter as amended provides otherwise. <br /> Section 13-5. Oaths of Office. [Delete the word "his" ; change " . . ." <br /> to "(name of position)"] <br /> Section 13-9. Non-Civil Service Status and Classification. From and <br /> after the full effective date of this charter, no county position which is <br /> • exempt from the civil service laws shall be included in a position <br /> classification plan established under the civil service laws. <br /> • <br /> Section 13-10.
