When the County <br />Civil Service Commission has interviewed all qualified applicants, <br />said Commission shall nominate a panel of the three highest quali- <br />fied candidates.. This panel shall be submitted to the Board of <br />Supervisors, who in turn shall appoint the County Manager from the <br />three names submitted. <br />(Added November, 1948) <br />Section 4. (REPEALED APRIL, 1961) <br />Section 5. Cooperation by Elective and Appointive Officers. <br />All elective and appointive officers of the County shall cooperate <br />with the County Manager and the County Manager shall cooperate with <br />them to the end that complete coordination of all officers, services <br />and employment shall be accomplished. <br />(Added November, 1948) <br />Section 6.
