Good point. All right I think that we pretty much covered Section, <br /> Article 8-2, in general that's all I wanted to do, give everybody an opportunity <br /> to voice different angles, different situations; and at this time, I 'm <br /> prepared at this time, to review specifically the discussion or the presentation <br /> again by Akira to the Charter and also his letter to us. Okay. <br /> MANAGER: Well , let me tell you something; the letter you know, I didn't write this; <br /> it was one of our employees that wrote it. <br /> TANAKA: So anyway relating to that, my point is and taking into consideration Raymond's <br /> point is the autonomy of the Water Department or the semiautonomy of the <br /> Water Department or the consideration of having it be, have the Department <br /> be placed under the direct supervision of the mayor. All right, I 'd <br /> like to open it up by asking specific questions to this, whoever in the <br /> Department wrote this , can I? <br /> MANAGER: Well , we can all answer that. <br /> TANAKA: Okay.
