ISHIDA: Let' s take a hypothetical let ' s say <br /> eleven people went in to vote. . .five of them voted for Option <br /> Two and four of them voted for Option One. The remainder did <br /> not cast a vote foreither one. What would the result be? <br /> MR. ODA: The five vote prevails. If people plunk <br /> and don 't vote, that's their prerogative. Only those who <br /> actually cast their ballots, assuming that the ballots are <br /> correct--not spoiled or anything, those. . . <br /> -7- <br />
