PARKS AND RECREATION § 15-69 <br />Article 9. Farmers Markets. <br />Section 15-69. Intent. <br />It is the intent of this article to allow for the establishment of farmers markets at <br />various County parks and facilities. Farmers markets will offer the general public the <br />opportunity to buy and sell homegrown and homemade products and wares. <br />(1993, ord 93-97, sec 1.) <br />Section 15-70. Director to establish time limits. <br />The director may establish reasonable limitations on the duration and frequency of <br />any farmers market activities that may be allowed. <br />(1993, ord 93-97, sec 1.) <br />Section 15-71. Site map. <br />The department may apportion and/or delineate the area within the County park <br />as the facility where the farmers market activity is allowed. The department shall <br />provide a map of the farmers market site clearly delineating all farmers market spaces <br />reserved for the exclusive use of any person granted a permit. <br />(1993, ord 93-97, sec 1.) <br />Section 15-72.
