The fact is that the work that we're going to be doing, my view, the work that we're going to be doing is going to be—there will be folks that are interested in a variety of issues and probably on both sides. And, they will be looking, as you know, none of us are naive, we've been around a little while, that they will be looking for whatever ways, whether it's within the substance of the issue, or whether it has something to do with us as commissioners. Ethics is a way that they can go through and determine whether or not we're not operating correctly, if you will. So, whether it's conflict of interest or some other standard that Mr. Yoshimoto was talking about, that's kind of something that becomes germane to why this is important to us as well in the work that we do. So, I just—I know that it seems little—I would never accuse Mr. Yoshimoto of being monotoned or anything like that or monotonous, but the idea is that these things are important to us as officers of the County and the work that we're going to be doing, and so, I just ask you to take a look, see if there's anything that pertains, talk to Mr. Yoshimoto if there's a requirement to do that so that we don't have to worry about that down the road, frankly.
