Absent: Commission Members Galimba, Roehrig, and Saquing — 3. Excused: None CHR. ADAMS: Okay, on to New Business, item number two, the Election of Officers. Just a brief context, those of you that may have had the opportunity to take a look at previous Charter Commissions, in the past, there has been a Chair, who is appointed by the Mayor, Vice Chair, who is selected by the commissioners, and also, sometimes a parliamentarian. We're only doing Vice Chair this time. We won't be electing a parliamentarian. The selection of our commission analyst will also serve as a parliamentarian. In the rules, it identifies those responsibilities. Okay. So, I would entertain a motion to open up nominations for the selection of a Vice Chair of this commission. Item 2: ELECTION OF OFFICERS Motion to Approve: Vice Chair — to be selected by Commissioners Ms. Zelko-Schlueter moved to open nominations for a Vice Chair for the coirunission.
