I appreciate your confidence, but I have a lot <br />on my plate with our business. Thank you, though. <br />CHR. ADAMS: Okay. Commissioner Hopkins. <br />MR. HOPKINS: I nominate Ms. Zelko-Schlueter. <br />CHR. ADAMS: Is there okay so, the nomination is Commissioner <br />Zelko-Schlueter. Does Commissioner Zeiko-Schlueter agree to that nomination? <br />MS. ZELKO-SCHLUETER: I would agree to that nomination <br />CHR. ADAMS: Okay. Are there any other nominations? Seeing none, I would. <br />entertain a motion to close nominations. <br />Vote on Motion to Mr. Bergin moved to close nominations. Seconded by <br />Close Nominations: Ms. Springer and carried by the following voice vote: <br />Ayes: Coirunission Members Bergin, Hamano, <br />Hopkins, Leithead Todd, Rice, Springer, <br />Zelko-Schlueter, and Chair Adams — 8 <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commission Members Galimba, Roehrig, <br />and Saquing — 3. <br />Excused: None <br />CHR. ADAMS: Alright, so we have a nomination on the floor that <br />Commissioner Zelko-Schlueter be the Vice Chair. Correct me, is there a need for <br />a second to this nomination? <br />MR. HENRICKS: That would be helpful. I have Mr. Hopkins, essentially, as <br />making the motion, so, if somebody second it, that would be helpful. <br />CHR.
