With <br />reference to the agenda items listed...the executive session minutes <br />of March 19 and the confidential financial disclosure form... we <br />anticipate...we're going to consider the evaluation dismissal or <br />disciplining of an officer, employee or consideration of matters <br />affecting privacy will be involved and so that we may consult with <br />her attorney on questions and issues pertaining to her powers, <br />duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities...these items...may I <br />have a motion that we go into executive session on those grounds. <br />23 <br />
