Mr. Robinson: Motion for executive session. <br />Mr. Wiseman: I second. <br />Mr. Goodenow: Okay. It's been moved and seconded... all those in favor please <br />say aye. <br />Mr. Goodenow: Any opposed? Motion carries four to zero. We'll recess to go into <br />executive session. <br />Motion and Vote: Mr. Robinson moved to go into executive session. Mr. Wiseman <br />seconded. All members voted aye. <br />11:29 a.m. The Board moved into executive session. <br />11:47 a.m. The Board returned into regular session. <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />Calling the meeting back to order. We are now in open session. <br />We are still on item 7a. May I have a motion to approve the <br />Executive Session Minutes of March 19. <br />Mr. Robinson: So moved. <br />Ms. Sumner -Mack: Second. <br />Mr. Goodenow: It's been moved and seconded. Any discussion? All those in favor <br />say aye. <br />Mr. Goodenow: Any opposed. We have an abstention? <br />Mr. Wiseman: Yes. I abstain. <br />Mr. Goodenow: Okay. Motion carries...three ayes...one abstention. <br />Motion and Vote: Mr. Robinson moved to approve Executive Session Minutes of March <br />19. Ms. Sumner -Mack seconded. Three members voted aye. One member abstained. <br />11:48 a.m. b. Review of Confidential Financial Disclosure Forms filed pursuant to <br />Section 2-91.1(d), Hawaii County Code, by County board and <br />commission members and designated County employees, where <br />personal matters will be reviewed. <br />24 <br />
