Letter to the Mayor (First Draft) <br />Chair Shirachi tabled this item until the next <br />meeting. <br />b. Sub -Committee Parks & Rec-Chair <br />Committee Member Gonzales <br />volunteered to be the Chair for <br />There is currently no Chair for the Sub- <br />the Parks and Rec Sub - <br />Committee Parks and Rec. <br />Committee. <br />c. Fact Sheet Updates <br />Chair Shirachi mentioned the Fact Sheet was <br />updated and had been emailed to the Committee. <br />Ms. Shirachi also informed the Committee that the <br />fact sheet is ok to be used as a promotional piece <br />for the Committee. <br />d. By -Laws Revision- Status <br />Ms. Hall handed out copies of the revised By - <br />Laws (draft) to the Committee and discussed the <br />changes. <br />e.
