Mr. Wiseman: I did. <br />Mr. Goodenow: Oh great...it is here under Hawai`i County. <br />Mr. Robinson: Yeah...the book I didn't bring today. <br />Mr. Goodenow: Okay. <br />Mr. Robinson: I'm not saying for use right now, but just so we could... <br />Ms. Kahakalau: So he could look at it at home yeah <br />Mr. Robinson: Cause see he asks us to put it on our agenda correct? <br />Mr. Goodenow: Yes...include an agenda item. <br />Mr. Robinson: Yes. <br />Ms. Sumner -Mack: By September 26. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: So at this point we have it just plain communication...but what I'm <br />hearing then is for us to put the request as an agenda item on our <br />next agenda...to discuss specifically...how the County Charter <br />affects its role in operations within the County...and any proposals <br />that we have to amend the charter... <br />Mr. Robinson: Correct. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: And...just...wanna thank him for...Goodenow for continue to <br />work...right...on this part...I mean as far as amending some of the <br />pieces... <br />Mr. Goodenow: Oh as far as the rules...as far as the Charter? Well I guess we can <br />all bring our mana'o but I'll be sure to do extra...close attention to <br />that Madam Chair...thank you. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: To the specifics yeah...so if we can put that as an agenda item for <br />the next time to discuss specifically the roles and operations of the <br />Charter and any proposals that we have to amend the Charter off <br />our next meeting... great. <br />Mr. Goodenow: Maybe corp. counsel could assist with that? <br />Ms. Kahakalau: Yes maybe we can have corp. counsel assisting... <br />3 <br />
