Mr. Goodenow: <br />In regards to that second paragraph...input as to how the County <br />Charter affects its roles and operations within the County...I don't <br />know if you can assist us with that. <br />Mr. Wiseman: I think you review the Charter first to see... <br />Mr. Robinson: Yeah. <br />Mr. Wiseman: The connection with the Board of Ethics. <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: So the Charter provision should already be in your booklet that you <br />have... but otherwise we'll also email it to you... so you can have a <br />pdf copy so you can look at it electronically. In terms of how the <br />Charter is now...I mean that's up to the board as far as...based <br />upon your experience you know what changes if any you have to <br />suggest forward...it can be any number of things right so...let me <br />know how I can assist if you have a specific issue. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />Mr. Robinson: <br />So I guess that our homework would be just to review it...all of us <br />to review it and to come with specific suggestions on areas that we <br />are unsure about or the thing needs more clarity or anything like <br />that...and then we can work with you going from there. <br />I would say just at a broad, brush from my perspective...it does <br />seem that...the Charter is just pretty clear as to what it is...I don't <br />see any major modification or anything as far as the Charter is <br />concerned. <br />Unless the board wants to put forth a suggestion. <br />But I will take a look and think about for sure. <br />And also you know I note Mr. Adams having been a prior board <br />member of the Board of Ethics...and asked us for us to agendize <br />this item.
