• Since budget is already submitted; must amend budget • Per Jessica, once budget is adopted, CSW can only amend by ordinance (at least 2 bill readings) it must go through Council request • Lisa informed us that pcard request was submitted late and CSW is to now address the $1400 gift cards for Real Women Essay on the new fiscal budget 2018-2019 • Prosecutors office was asked in January 2018 by CSW to apply $1400 toward gift card purchase; $1400 was already part of our 2017-2018 fiscal budget; CSW did not miss a deadline — as noted — CSW requested purchase of gift cards in January 2-18 and cards were purchased in May 2-18 • Mele made a motion to obtain $1400 line item Real Women Essay Contest to Hawaii Island Women's Leadership Forum (HIWLM) and move funds to Friends of Future (FOF) from FOF for CSW Real Women's Leadership Summit and process it prior to June 25, 2018. Lee -Ann seconded motion. Motion carried. • Mele made motion to amend budget to move $1400 funds from Essay contest to HIWLF, Kami seconded. Motion approved • No Treasurers Report provided to Committee. Jewel and Brooke will meet with Lee Lord to discuss Prosecutors Office Deadline template so we are apprised of dates moving forward • Vote to Request Funds from CSW for Projects • Registration fee is covered by State CSW. August 1-4, 2018 NACSW Conference dates.
